Mr. Rosenthal is a transactional lawyer who focuses his practice on representing clients with corporate and business tax issues. Mr. Rosenthal works extensively with limited liability companies, partnerships, and “C” and “S” corporations and has significant experience with respect to the formation, operation and liquidation of entities, asset purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, compensation issues, and other business related matters. In addition, Mr. Rosenthal works closely with other attorneys in structuring in-bound investments in real estate by foreign persons as well as the private offering of interests in investment vehicles.

Prior to forming his own firm Mr. Rosenthal practiced for over 10 years at large national law firms in both South Florida and New York City and obtained an LLM in taxation from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Rosenthal is a native of Miami and currently resides on Miami Beach.
