Melissa Olivares, f/k/a Melissa Tukh, is a Florida Registered Paralegal and has been working in the legal field for over 20 years. She focuses on Real Estate matters and handles real estate closings from beginning to end, including due diligence, conducting title and survey reviews, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closings for commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Melissa’s experience includes interactions with all levels of state and local government, special departments and agencies, and interfacing between clients, institutional, portfolio and private lenders, title companies, surveyors, and adverse party attorneys.
